One Couch at a Time is a full length feature documentary following protagonist and veteran CouchSurfer, Alexandra Liss, through 20 countries, 5 subcontinents, for 6 months using CouchSurfing.com. Alexandra uncovers ways in which we are entering an age where access is more important than ownership and that all things shareable marks the wave of the future. Along her journey, Alexandra explores crowd funding, micro-loaning, bike sharing, co-working, and gifting when the film climaxes at the ultimate sharing society – Burning Man! -Start Time: 8:15pm(Doors open at 7:30pm) -End Time: 10:00pm(15 minutes of Q & A prior to end) Running time of the film is 86 minutes. -Attendees are welcome to bring wine and beer to the event.
